Original Sideshow Geek Returns to Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Myrtle Beach
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (July 8, 2009) - By popular demand, the self-proclaimed Original Sideshow Geek, Swami Yomahmi, has returned to his favorite spot in Myrtle Beach for the summer, the plaza in front of Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium at 901 N. Ocean Boulevard.
He will perform three shows a day, Monday - Saturday, through August 15 and no where else in Myrtle Beach this summer will such bizarre live acts be presented to the public – for free!
Among his multiple sideshow acts, most of which he will execute during his special appearances for Ripley, Swami performs as a human blockhead and hammers six-inch nails into his nose, swallows three foot long balloons, eats fire, and invites guests to stand on him while his face is pressed into broken glass. Bizarre, but fun to watch? You bet!
Daily show times are 5, 8 and 10 p.m. and there is no charge for these amazing performances! Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, is located at the corner of Ocean Boulevard and Ninth Avenue North.
