World’s Smallest Teen to Meet World’s Tallest Man at Ripley’s Believe It or Not! in New York City
NEW YORK, N.Y. (Sept. 2, 2010) – The world’s smallest male teen Khagendra Thapa Magar, a 17-year-old from Nepal, will have his dreams fulfilled with a visit to New York City September 7 and 8. At just 22 inches tall and 10 lbs in weight, Khagendra (“ka-jen-dra”) will be accompanied by his father and the head of the charitable foundation created to support his living and health expenses.

He is here to mark his appearance in the new book Ripley’s Believe It or Not!’s ENTER IF YOU DARE! During his stay, he will visit the Empire State Building and Ripley’s Museum where he will come face-to-shin(?) with a life-sized figure of Robert Wadlow, the world’s tallest man ever. Khagendra shares the same interests as others his age and has dreamed of visiting the United States where, he says, “I can show off my dancing moves and how good I am at karate.”
